Beef Stroganoff

Beef Stroganoff with Zucchini Noodles.

600 gm lean beef strips 
2 onion sliced 
1 tbsp garlic
1tsp ginger
2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp maille dijon mustard 
1 to 2 cups beef stock ( depends how thick or runny you would like the dish, use less if you like it thicker) 
Shallots handful 
Salt to taste 
3 to 5 tbsp thickened cream/sour cream. I didn't find a notice a diff from one to another. ( for every 100gms of meat I used 1/2 a tbsp. You can use more if you don't have any dairy restrictions) 
3 tbsp of fountain sugar free tomato sauce


  1. Brown meat with onion, garlic and ginger 
    2. Throw the rest of the ingredients except shallots and sour cream and let simmer for 10 minutes or your desired thickness. 
    3. Before taking off the pot add shallots. 
    4. Once it's cooled a little bit you can add the sour cream. If you add when it's too hot it will separate.

Leave the dairy out to keep it dairy free. 
Add more dairy for Keto 
LCHF friendly 
P2 and P3 suitable 
Use coconut milk for Paleo
