Hot Creamy Ranch Chicken Recipe
600gm diced chicken
1 tbsp fresh garlic crushed
1 tsp fresh ginger crushed
1 tsp freshly cracked pepper from a pepper mill
1/2 tsp hot chilli paste ( or just add chilli to your liking)
Parsley handful freshly chopped
Chives handful freshly chopped
Onion flakes 2 tbsp
Californian dried granulated garlic 1 tbsp (I am guessing garlic powder could be okay too)
Massell Chicken stock powder 1 and 1/2 tsp
Sour cream 3 tbsp
In a hot pan add garlic and fresh ginger and add diced chicken and brown together with freshly diced parsley.
Once browned add the chilli, fresh chives, onion flakes, granulated garlic, chicken stock and let simmer for 5 to 7 minutes till a sauce starts to form at the bottom from the juices.
Once you see chicken is cooked take of the heat and stir in 3 tbsp of sour cream. Add salt to taste if required and more cracked pepper if required.
Garnish with parsley.
Serve with zucchini chips, slender rice/noodles
