The AMERICAN INSPIRED FALL RANGE is a range launched for WINTER 2022.

A big shout out to an amazing incredible customer Trish Borg for inspiring and challenging me to produce this range, without whom, I wouldn't even have considered doing this. Trish is an American girl living in Australia with cravings from her country home.

We connected over our love for food. We exchanged messages about the traditional foods we love from our countries and Trish said Australians love American food when it's done right.

Trish talked about these spice combos that she uses, with so much love, that I had to try them, so I made up a few samples and sent them to Trish to test and she said, Jaya, you have nailed these. I knew then that I had to bring these flavours out to you.

One of the advantages of being a small business is that I can be nimble and bring to you a range that is created with love, and with recipes that have been used and enjoyed by families over many years.

The American Inspired range has been created with the focus of helping you create delicious American inspired dishes. These spice kits will be versatile, indispensable and can be used all year around.

This range focuses on enjoying all your American favourites without the JUNK, in a healthy manner. Allowing you to create and enjoy delicious and flavoursome dishes with your family. 

I have worked on perfecting these flavours and to fill a void in the industry for some delicious, clean, tasty, spice kits that the whole family can enjoy. 

This range has been primarily inspired by Trish and I am proud to say, that I have done her recipes justice. I couldn't be happier with the outcome of the flavours.

Pumpkin Pie Spice Kit

Pumpkin Pie Spice is just a combination of those yummy “warm” spices that we all reach for in our fall and holiday baking. It can also be used in your stews and soups and on baked vegetables.

Think of it as a verstaile spice to add to any baking, and lots of drinks and other sweet recipes – not only recipes with pumpkin!

Creating this kit made me realise its versatility and that simple spices when combined in the right proportions and combination can produce delicious flavours. 

Additional Creative ways to use your Pumpkin Pie Spice Kit

1. Mix into your choice of nut butters.
2. Flavour your smoothies, shakes, smoothie bowls, lattes and nut milks of choice.
3. Take your baking to the next level, add to your cookies, muffins, breads or loaf, cakes, donuts, or to your favourite cake mixes.
4. Sprinkle as desired to flavour ice cream, yoghurts.
5. Use as a topping by mixing it with cream, whipped cream, cashew cream, coconut cream, mascarpone, cream cheese, avocado and sweeten with your desired sweetener.
6. Take it to the next level, add to your choice of puddings, overnight oats, chia puddings, baked or stewed fruits.
7. Jazz up your breakfast pancakes, waffles, scones and foccacias.
8. Season your energy bites, protein balls, granola bars, trail mix.
9. Add to flavour your icing.
