The Extraordinary Range has been created with the focus of helping you create delicious family friendly meals, offering variety, in a health manner, without spending hours in the kitchen. 

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle can be challenging for many long term. Many slip back into old habits as they are unsure how to incorporate healthy eating into their daily lifestyle, without feeling restricted. 80% of our healthy lifestyle comes from what we choose to nourish our bodies with. We can't out run a bad diet. 

This range focuses on enjoying all your favourite meals, in a healthy manner. Allowing you to create and enjoy delicious and flavoursome meals with your family. 

I have been working on these flavours for the last 6 to 12 months to perfect them and to fill a void in the industry for some delicious, clean, tasty, spice kits that the whole family can enjoy. 

This range is a mix of my personal favourites and also special requests from my lovely supportive customers for additional new flavours.

Not only have I removed the nasties found in the supermarket versions of these blends but I have also ensured that they are full of flavour, easy, healthy and yummy. They will certainly soon become family favourites.

This range is also FREE from Gluten, Wheat, Fillers, Sugar, Additives, Preservatives, Artificial Colours, MSG. Low in sodium, Diabetic Friendly and also Low Carb, Keto friendly.

1. Philly Pepper Steak - MED

Create this delicious classic at home in a one pan skillet. An easy way to cut the bread and skip the carbs.

What I love about the Philly Pepper Steak, is that it is a simple and delicious family friendly meal. I created this kit due to it's simplicity and flavour combinations.  This has to be my favourite kit in the range. 

The hard work has been done for you. We have perfected this Philly Pepper Steak Spice Kit. I hope you enjoy my clean and healthy version.

2. Thai Plum Pork -MILD

Thai Plum Pork has been one of my child hood favourites.  Unfortunately everything the the super market had to offer is filled with sugar, additives, preservatives, artificial colouring and not to mention sickeningly sweet. 

So I decided to explore ways of making this dish in a healthy manner, without all the nasties. This dish is mild with delicate Thai flavours and perfectly balanced.  So here is my take on it, enjoy it guilt free, without all the nasty calories and nasty ingredients.

 Ingredients : garlic, onion, thai 7 spice, ginger, mint, dill and salt


3. Singapore Noodles- MED 

“Singapore noodles is a very popular and common dish in Southeast Asia.  every family puts its own twist to this dish. This dish is an Indian-Chinese fusion, so the dish was called “Singapore noodles”.” 

As my mum is Malay, we grew up with this dish. I have enjoyed it in many different ways made by my grandma, mum, aunty and dad. 

I love this dish as you cant get it wrong. Its versatile and easily adaptable to suit all taste buds. Easy to load with vegetables.

Once again it's not easy to find a clean version of this popular dish, without all the nasties, hidden sugars, additives, preservatives etc. 

Hence, I have created a clean version, so that you can enjoy the delicious flavour and versatility this dish has to offer.

4. Thai Cashew Stir Fry-MILD   

Creating this kit and recipe made me realise that simple spices when combined in the right proportions and combination can produce delicious flavours. 

I love this dish from my local restaurant but unfortunately, I am greeted with bloating, inflammation from the nasty ingredients the next day. 

It gives you the flexibility to easily bulk and enjoy a nutritious meal with plenty of veggies and protein of choice to create a hearty meal.
