The spring range is refreshing, lighter, fresh with some tang and lime.
This range is perfect for Spring and will basically get you back into the swing of things.
This range is particularly close to me as my cooking is inspired by my dad and 2022 was a rough year for me, losing dad.
I finally feel human again after 10 months and I wanted to be able to bring you these flavours to help you spring back into the swing of clean eating again.

Bringing to your kitchen 4 New Exciting Flavours from around the world that Jaya has put her creative flare and healthy spin to.
Not only have I removed the nasties found in the supermarket versions of these blends but I have also ensured that they are full of flavour, easy, healthy and yummy. They will certainly soon become family favourites.
The 4 New Flavours of The Taste of Spring Pack are
1. Coconut Lime Curry Spice Kit
Coconut Lime Curry - This has to be one of my all time favourite recipes and kits. I just don't know why I sat on it for so many years.
I am absolutely in love with this combo of coconut and lime. It's light, super delicious, refreshing and easy to make.
This kit became a huge hit with hubby. It's packed full of flavour and can be served with rice, mash, veggies, noodles etc. I am sure it will become your family favourite too.
It's such a flavourful and versatile kit. You can make this dish, spicy, or tangy, just the way you like it. If your mood changes, don't worry, it's easy enough to make it the way you like it, just by adjusting the chilli and lemon.
Ingredients: Paprika, lime zest, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, grounded coriander, salt, cayenne
2. Rendang Spice Kit
Rendang is a meat dish which originated from Indonesia, and is now commonly served around the world.
Although traditionally it was made with beef, it can also be made with chicken thighs, lamb, pork, salmon, fish etc. So get creative with your Rendang.
This spice kit is flavourful and infused with rich flavours. It is one of my all time favourite flavours.
Ingredients: coriander, cumin, turmeric, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, salt, pepper, chilli, cardamom
3. Peri Peri Spice Kit-
Peri Peri is a hot spice rub. It is widely known through Nando's, the world leader of peri peri, The best way of eating this fiery chicken..... is in a serving with fries.
This spice kit is more of a traditional Portuguese style peri peri chicken and more authentic in its flavours.
This spice kit also works well with Duck, Turkey, Fish, Prawns, Salmon, Pork Chops, Salmon.
Proteins can be grilled, baked or BBQ.
I love seasoning my brekkie eggs with some peri peri spice.
Ingredients: Cayenne pepper, turmeric, pure sea salt, paprika, garlic.
4. Cheesy Carbonara -
Cheesy Carbonara - this is a super versatile blend.
My recipe is a twist on the traditional carbonara which is made with just eggs and cheese.
This is a quick and easy recipe, that will give you your creamy cheesy pasta fix, without being weighed down or feeling yuck after. While it's cheesy and creamy, it's still very light. You get to indulge without having that yuck after feeling.
You can substitute your chicken with alternate proteins, so get creative.
Serve this delicious carbonara with spaghetti of you choice or low carb pasta zucchini noodles or simply on mash of choice, or veggies of your choice.
Ingredients: Rosemary, oregano, sage, basil, garlic, cracked pepper.
