Red Spicer Dukkah
Originally from Egypt, Dukkah is a food consisting of a mixture of nuts and spices. It is typically used as a dip with bread or fresh vegetables, and eaten as an Hors d'œuvrs. It can also be used as a side dish to the main course of a meal. It is a great option for entertaining or as seasonings for meals.
Ingredients: Almonds, pistachio nuts, macadamia nuts, hazelnuts, linseed, millet, sunflower seed, cashews, pepitas, sugar, toasted sesame seeds, herbs & spices, pure sea salt.

Suggestions for Dukkah
Take crusty bread, break off a piece dip it in best quality olive oil then dip the piece of bread into the Dukkah. This is a tasty snack that goes well with drinks & friends.
Add to stuffing mix.
Sprinkle on salads and vegetables, try it on potatoes and forked through cooked rice.
Used as a coating for chicken, fish and other seafood, lamb and tofu.
Used as a garnish for soups.
Mixed into or sprinkled on top of eggs.
Sprinkled on toast with olive oil or butter.
Sprinkled as a plate garnish, for anything from artichokes to steaks.
Use for coatings on soft cheeses, smear with olive oil and coat with dukkah.
