SLOW COOKING: If you love slow cooking, your meal prep time will just be 3 to 4 minutes in a few steps.
1. Add your protein
2. Add your desired veg
3. Add you spice kit of choice
4. Add wet ingredients like canned tomatoes, stock etc.
Close and cook your meat of choice.
Cook time will vary on the meat of choice.
Chicken 3 to 4 hrs on low
Beef, Lamb and Pork 6 to 8hrs on low
PRESSURE COOKING: This is a fast process using high pressure cooking. Your prep time will be about 5 minutes and your cook time will vary based on the protein your cooking.
