The THAI YELLOW CURRY SPICE KIT is a Special Limited Edition range launched for winter 2020 along with 4 other favourites. 

I have been working on these flavours for the last 6 to 12 months to perfect them and to fill a void in the industry for some delicious, clean, tasty, hearty winter food for the family. I began to explore this flavour after a request from a member of my community. At first I knocked her back and it wasn't top of my list as this curry has never been a favourite of mine. One day I decided to give it and go and voila!

Creating this kit and recipe made me realise that simple spices when combined in the right proportions and combination can produce delicious flavours. Creating this kit proved my taste buds wrong in many ways.  It was also a relief to the palate to taste something other than a stew or curry that is tomato based. It was just as hearty and delicious. It's easy to bulk and load with plenty of veggies and protein to create a hearty meal. The turmeric in it acts as a natural thickener and hence there is no need for thickening agents etc.  I hope you enjoy this kit as much as hubby and I do.
