I have been working on these flavours for the last 6 to 12 months to perfect them and to fill a void in the industry for some delicious, clean, tasty, spice kits that the whole family can enjoy. 

This range is a mix of my personal favourites and also special requests from my lovely supportive customers for additional new flavours.

Not only have I removed the nasties found in the supermarket versions of these blends but I have also ensured that they are full of flavour, easy, healthy and yummy. They will certainly soon become family favourites.

This range is also FREE from Gluten, Wheat, Fillers, Sugar, Additives, Preservatives. Low in sodium, Diabetic Friendly and also Low Carb, Keto friendly.

Buffalo Wings-N-Things Spice Kit - Med-Hot

I began to explore this flavour after a request from a member of my community.

I tried many supermarket versions and I was sadly disappointed in the flavour combinations or should I say the lack of flavour. I could only taste the spice or the tang, and the supermarket brands didn't really have any flavour. So here is my take on the very popular favourite Buffalo Wings, although this kit is far more versatile and not just for wings. 

I picture family, friends, foods and get-togethers fitting in well with our Aussie culture. This kit creates those recipes easily whether you want to have a messy, cosy dinner  with finger-licking wings with your partner or have a BBQ get-together with friends and enjoy the same. 

Use it also as a basting on pork, lamb, chicken thighs, grilled corn, grilled pineapple and grilled mango. 

Ingredients : kashmiri chilli, cayenne, sweet paprika, parsley, dill, garlic, onion, cracked pepper, salt.
