I tend to crave something sweet after dinner. Now that I have lost the weight I wanted, I am conscious about not going back into bad habits and eating whatever I want. My bad eating habits is what, took me to 106kgs and unhappy in the first place.  I try and create healthy versions of my favourites, to enjoy guilt free.  So here it is my version of Fererro Rocher.
