Creamy Tuscan Chicken
This was delicious. A nice creamy alternative to the usual tomato based sauce. Can also be used with Prawns and Fish. Made with the Tuscan spice mix. Marinate the protein in Tuscan spice mix for 10 mins. In a hot pan throw some diced onion and cook once cooked add the chicken, once one side is browned flip over to cook and add 1/4 cup of stock and salt to taste. Throw in the spinach, asparagus and cherry tomato and cook for 5 minutes with the lid on. Take off the heat and add some cream and stir through. Serve with pasta or rice or steamed veg. I served it with slender noodles.
