Chilli Con Carne, Keto, P2, P3 -

    Method: In a hot pan fry 1/ 2 diced onion, 1 tbsp garlic and 1/2 tap ginger. Add 2 tbsp of chilli con Carne spice mix.Add dash of water if it sticks. Break up 800 gms Tofu into small pieces ( I used organic firm tofu from aldi) add the tofu to the above mix and coat and stir.Add 5 tomatoes quartered and 4 sticks of celery sliced.
