Can't remember who asked me yesterday how I do my apple chips in the air fryer. So here it is! One red delicious apple cut circular into 7 slices. ( you can use any apple, my preferred apple is red delicious) Place in airfryer flat. If there is skin on any pieces, face the skin side to the bottom. Sprinkle with cinnamon and cardamom. 200C for 12 minutes. Open and sprinkle with 1/2 tsp stevia. Cook further for 6 minutes at 200C. Pour 1/4 cup of water in a shallow pan add 1 cinnamon stick, 2 cardamom pods, a pinch cardamom powder and a pinch of nutmeg, dash of vanilla extract, tiny pinch of turmeric or saffron and bring the water to boil so that the flavours infuse. Then add 1/4 packet of washed konjac noodles to the above mixture and continue to boil to infuse the flavours. 2 tbsp lemon juice  1/8 tsp cinnamon  Pinch of nutmeg 1 clove  Stevia powder to your taste  2 tsp vanilla essence Couple mint leaves.  Stir all ingredients in a pan.  Add one orange and cook for 2-3 minutes till soft  Serve with 1 tbsp of cream ( if you haven't used your dairy allowance)
