Home Cooked.Cooked some silverside for our family picnic tomorrow. Turned out amazingly. Now I can enjoy something without too much guilt. 😉 😉All it has is 6 garlic pods crushed. 1/2 cup chicken stock. 1 tsp tuscan rub. Heat a pan. Add some garlic olive oil and a teaspoon of tuscan Spice Rub. Add the diced mushrooms and salt to taste. Cook for a few minutes till mushrooms are cooked. You can skip the spaghetti and swap green beans to any other vegetables you like.Use 2 tbsp of Tuscan spice mix a day mix into 250gm beef/pork/chicken mince of your choice and salt to taste. Make into small balls and. Throw into a baking dish. Add a can of tomatoes and 1/4 cup pasatta sauce add 1 tbsp of Tuscan mix to the sauce. Ensure sauce covers all the meatballs..Add veges of your choice, spaghetti and grated cheese on the top bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 170C. Times may vary depending on your oven. Another 5 minute meal.Tandoori Chicken with Brocollini and Spinach and Fennel/ OnionCoat chicken with chicken Tandoori spice mix. Heat a pan. Put the chicken in. Add some sliced onion/ fennel and brocollini. Flip the chicken over after 2 minutes for another 2 minutes.Looks like he has added some Spinach at the end too, so it hasn't over cooked but just wilted enough with the heat.To serve Add some cheese/ sourcream/ yoghurt on top.
