Sorry I don't cook enough vegetarian dishes. 😏 I love 🐮🐮 too much 😂😂😂 Cabbage Panner Kofta Curry 2 cups finely shredded cabbage  1 tsp crushed garlic  1/2 tsp crushed ginger  1/2 tsp Garam madala  1 tsp cumin  1/2 tsp chilli flakes  10 gms moong flour (25% protein on P2) 75 gms grated paneer (75% protein on P2)  Salt to taste Make into 5 balls air fry 12 to 15 minutes While it's airfrying - make the curry base any flavour your like. Can't remember who asked me yesterday how I do my apple chips in the air fryer. So here it is! One red delicious apple cut circular into 7 slices. ( you can use any apple, my preferred apple is red delicious) Place in airfryer flat. If there is skin on any pieces, face the skin side to the bottom. Sprinkle with cinnamon and cardamom. 200C for 12 minutes. Open and sprinkle with 1/2 tsp stevia. Cook further for 6 minutes at 200C. Sweet Chilli Apple Egg Salad - God this combo sounds strange 😂 but I must have enjoyed it. Made with home made Sweet Chilli Ginger Sauce Sweet Chilli Sauce with Ginger 1 cup of passatta sauce 1/4 cup of chilli flakes ( amount of chilli may vary depending on hotness of chilli so adjust accordingly)  1/4 cup stevia 2 tbsp of crushed ginger. 2 tbsp lemon juice  1/8 tsp cinnamon  Pinch of nutmeg 1 clove  Stevia powder to your taste  2 tsp vanilla essence Couple mint leaves.  Stir all ingredients in a pan.  Add one orange and cook for 2-3 minutes till soft  Serve with 1 tbsp of cream ( if you haven't used your dairy allowance)

P2, P3, Tuscan Rub -

You can skip the spaghetti and swap green beans to any other vegetables you like.Use 2 tbsp of Tuscan spice mix a day mix into 250gm beef/pork/chicken mince of your choice and salt to taste. Make into small balls and. Throw into a baking dish. Add a can of tomatoes and 1/4 cup pasatta sauce add 1 tbsp of Tuscan mix to the sauce. Ensure sauce covers all the meatballs..Add veges of your choice, spaghetti and grated cheese on the top bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 170C. Times may vary depending on your oven.
