P2, P3, Tandoori -

Another 5 minute meal.Tandoori Chicken with Brocollini and Spinach and Fennel/ OnionCoat chicken with chicken Tandoori spice mix. Heat a pan. Put the chicken in. Add some sliced onion/ fennel and brocollini. Flip the chicken over after 2 minutes for another 2 minutes.Looks like he has added some Spinach at the end too, so it hasn't over cooked but just wilted enough with the heat.To serve Add some cheese/ sourcream/ yoghurt on top. Ingredients1 tsp Tikka spice blend 1/4 onion finely chopped 5 - 6 Large onion shells 1 Bunch asparagus 5 tsp Passatta sauce 1 tsp Crushed ginger 2 boiled eggs 2 tbsp chopped corianderMethod:In a hot pan fry some finely diced onion and 1 tsp of crushed ginger and coriander for 2 minutes. - Melt a little butter in your pan - Fry one onion diced, 1 tbsp garlic and 1 tsp ginger, handful or chopped coriander, 2 red chilli's diced and handful of shallots. - once browned add pork mince and brown. - add 3 tbsp of fish sauce , 3 tbsp of soy sauce and 1/4 tsp of stevia and continue cooking.- add 1 bunch asparagus cut in half and 2 pal Choy cut in half, cover lid and steam for 2 to 3 minutes- garnish with more shallots, red chilli's and bean sproutsEnjoy!
