San Choy Bow
- Melt a little butter in your pan
- Fry one onion diced, 1 tbsp garlic and 1 tsp ginger, handful or chopped coriander, 2 red chilli's diced and handful of shallots.
- once browned add pork mince and brown.
- add 3 tbsp of fish sauce , 3 tbsp of soy sauce and 1/4 tsp of stevia and continue cooking.
- add 1 bunch asparagus cut in half and 2 pal Choy cut in half, cover lid and steam for 2 to 3 minutes
- garnish with more shallots, red chilli's and bean sprouts
