Stuffed Onion Egg Tikka with Grilled Asparagus

1 tsp Tikka spice blend
1/4 onion finely chopped
5 - 6 Large onion shells
1 Bunch asparagus
5 tsp Passatta sauce
1 tsp Crushed ginger
2 boiled eggs
2 tbsp chopped coriander
In a hot pan fry some finely diced onion and 1 tsp of crushed ginger and coriander for 2 minutes. Add water if it sticks. Add 1 tsp of Tikka spice blend. If you like it hotter you can add 1/4 tsp of chilli flakes too. Cook for a minute. Add dash of water if it sticks. Add 5 tsp of Passatta sauce and cook with salt to taste. Add your previously boiled eggs and crush with fork or spoon to mix well in to he paste and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Your filling is ready.
Grill some large onions in another pan just enough that the onion shells are cooked like in a stir fry but yet crispy. To get your onion shells simply cut an onion in half and separate the outer larger layers. Keep the remaining in a container to use next day.
Stuff the onion shells with the egg mix and serve Grill or steam asparagus or any veges of your choice and enjoy :) 😋 😋 😋 😋
