Fiji Beef and ChickPea Curry Recipe

Method:
Slow Cooked Fiji Beef and Chick Pea Curry
1 onion 
1 tbsp garlic 
1 tsp ginger 
1 can chickpeas 
Beef 700gms 
Handful of fresh coriander 
1 bottle of passatta 
2 and 1/2 tbsp Fiji Spice Mix 
( add yoghurt at end if required)
Slow Cooked 4 hrs on high.
