10 Minute Palak Butter Chicken


10 Minute Palak Butter Chicken- ( Palak means spinach)
In a hot pan fry 1 tbsp garlic and 1 tsp ginger. Add 1and 1/2 tbsp butter chicken spice blend and fry.
If it sticks add a dash of water and continue frying for 2 minutes.
Add 500 gms chicken mince and brown for 3 minutes. While it's browning add 1 tsp stevia. (this recipe can be made with beef mince and spinach as well)
Once 3/4 browned add 3/4 bottle of passatta sauce and stir through and let simmer for 3 minutes.
Add 3 frozen spinach cubes and let simmer till spinach is thawed about 3 minutes.
Take of the stove and enjoy with your family.
