Beef and Vegetable Stew
Ingredients:
500gms Lean Beef Stips/Diced Beef
1 onion sliced
chicken stock 650 mls ( add more if you want it runnier)
1 tbsp crushed garlic
1 tsp ginger
2 tsp curry powder
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg handful of shallots
¼ Cabbage sliced roughly ( not thin)
4-5 whole sticks of celery cut into big pieces
Pinch of cracked pepper
salt only at very end if needed once its cooked- depends on how salty your chicken stock is)
you can add any vege you want
On Stove Top: Brown Beef- Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 40-45 minutes or so
In a pressure Cooker: Add all ingredients and cook for 20 minutes In Slow Cooker add all ingredients and cook for 3 to 4 hrs depending on the slow cooker
