Cabbage Taco Bowls with Memphis Beef - my version and hubby's version.
Lightly steam cabbage bowl for 30 to 40 sec and stuff with rocket, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and red onion, dash of lemon juice and sour cream and top with Memphis Beef filling.
Memphis Beef filling
600 gm Beef
2 small onion sliced
1/4 cup sugar free bbq sauce
2 tbsp Memphis rub
1/4 stevia
Salt to taste
1 tbsp garlic
1/4 cup water
Slow cook on low for 3.5 hrs.
