Chicken Pad Thai
Chicken Pad Thai - 2 P2 serves
200gm chicken mince 1/2 onion diced
1 tbspgarlic
1 tsp ginger
1/8th cup chicken stock
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp chilli flakes
2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp fish sauce ( add more if needed based on taste)
handful of chopped corainder
1 packet slendier noodles
In a pan fry onion, garlic, ginger and fry
Add chicken mince and start to brown, once one side is browned add the chicken stock,, soy sauce and fish sauce and chilli flakes and continue cooking
Add slendier noodles and fry with this till the water is evaporated
Add your asparagus here when you think the dish is almost ready so that your asparagus is just soft not soggy
take off the stove add bean sprouts, and chopped shallots and garnish with lemon and fresh chilli
