Creamy Tuscan Carbonara
2 tbsp of coconut oil
10 pods of fresh garlic thinly sliced
3/ 4 onion sliced
100 gms of diced bacon
200 gms sliced mushroom
3/4 tbsp of Tuscan spice blend
Salt to taste
Method
Fry all together till the above mixture looks cooked.
Add 200 ml of water and let simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
Turn of the heat and add 2 tbsp of sour cream and 2 tbsp of double cream.
Serve with zucchini noodles, slendier pasta or normal pasta, spaghetti, tortellini for the family. And salad
This should serve 4 to 5 adults.
