Goat Madras Recipe
Goat Madras- P2 with spinach
Ingredients
1 onion
1 tbsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
600 gm goat
Handful chopped coriander
2 frozen cubes of spinach
2 tbsp beef madras spice kit - use 1 tbsp for mild
Tbsp of lemon juice
Salt to taste
Brown in a hot pan together
Add 3 tbsp of yoghurt and pressure cook or slow cook.
Serve with cauliflower rice, slender noodles, zucchini chips
