Grilled Schezuan Chicken with Cabbage Slaw

Grilled Chicken schezwan

Ingredients :

  • 5 garlic clove thinky sliced 
  • 1/2 onion quartered 
  • Chicken breast thinly sliced 
  • Coriander finely chopped a handful 
  • Lemon juice 
  • Purple or white cabbage 2 cups grated or finely sliced 
  • Schezuan Spice Blend 
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil


In a hot pan add the garlic and onion with dash of oil and cook for 1 minute. Add 1 tsp of schezuan spice blend and 1 tsp of lemon juice and cook for 1 minute. Onions should cook but remain crispy. Add the cabbage and 2 tbsp of chopped Coriander and salt to taste and stir for 1 minute. Cabbage should cook in the heat of the pan but remain crispy transfer to your plate

Add thinky sliced chicken to hot pan salt to taste and 1 tsp of sheczuan spice blend and 1 tsp lemon juice cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Once chicken is cooked add to salad. Garnish with fresh coriander and enjoy.
