Massaman Chicken San Choy Bow

Made with our massaman spice blend. I honestly suprised myself everyday with how easy this was to make.
Method:
In a hot pan fry 1/2 diced onion, 1 tbsp garlic, 1 tbsp ginger and handful of dice coriander.
Add water if it sticks once browned add 1 tbsp massaman spice blend and fry for 2 minutes. Add water if it sticks. This extra water is good so chicken mince does not dry out. Add chicken mince and brown add salt to taste and another handful of bunched coriander. And cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Do not over cook.
While this is cooking prep your plate with salad.
Lettuce leaves 
Cherry tomato 
Red onion 
Diced coriander 
Water cress 
Cucumber
( basically any salad you would like to eat it with)
Serve and enjoy with your family 😙
