Memphis Chicken Stir fry
Fry 1 diced onion, 1tbsp garlic and 1/2 tsp ginger. Add diced hicken 500 gms and brown for few minutes. Add 1and 1/2 tbsp of Memphis Spice mix, 1 tsp stevia, 1 tsp lemon juice and salt to taste and continue cooking.
Now add your veges, I added 1 sliced capsicum, 1 cup green beans diced and few left over twigs of broccolini, cook for couple minutes and take off the stove. Garnish with coriander. Use any veges you like.,
