Pork and Pak Choy
Keto , LCHF and P3 suitable
Heat 2 tbsp coconut oil and brown 500 gm pork mince it. Add 6 to 8 pods thinly sliced garlic, 1 tbsp ginger and 3/ 4 diced onion and brown. Add 2 to 3 red chillies. Add 3 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tbsp fish sauce and simmer. Add the leaves of oak choy first and cook for 2 minutes. After which add the stems and turn of heat, cover with lid and let steam for 2 to 3 minutes. Add salt to taste if necessary and garnish with coriander.
