Spiced Condensed Milk Recipe

So delish, I actually suggest that you not to make it as I couldn't stop with one tablespoon. 😂😂😂

Spiced Condensed Milk

2 cups thickened cream 
40 gm butter 
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder 
1/3 cup stevia ( add more if you like it sweeter)

Add to a sauce pan and simmer on slow ocassionally stirring when it liquid boils.

Mine took about 40 minutes. Time may vary depending on size of pan.

The consistency should be able thick and the liquid easily partable in the sauce pan when ready.

Check video in group for consistency.

Pour into bottle. Let cool before refrigerating.

When serving sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon.

Enjoy 1 tbsp as dairy allowance in your coffee or on your fruit or simply as dessert at the end of the night.
