Moroccan Spice RSS

Moroccan Spice, P2, P3 -

In a hot pan fry 1 tbsp of galic and 1 tspof ginger along with 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of Moroccan spice blend. If it sticks add a dash of water and fry for 2 minutes.Add 320gm green cooked lentils, 3 tomatoes roughly chopped, 3 sticks of celery roughly chopped and handful of chopped coriander, salt to taste, 1/ 2 tsp of stevia, 1 tbsp of lemon juice and simmer for 7 minutes.Serve garnished with fresh coriander for the family.Yes this is P2- 4 servesThis recipe is Vegan too. 😀 Grab Your Moroccan Spice Kit Here
