Schezuan Baked Salmon
With a bacon, cherry and broccoli salad. Preheat oven to 160c Coat piece of salmon with 1 tbsp garlic, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp schezuam spice blend, salt to taste, 1/2 red onion, handful of corainder. Pack as a parcel. With baking paper. Cook for 15 to 20 mins. Serve with broccoli and bacon salad.
