Home Cooked.Cooked some silverside for our family picnic tomorrow. Turned out amazingly. Now I can enjoy something without too much guilt. 😉 😉All it has is 6 garlic pods crushed. 1/2 cup chicken stock. 1 tsp tuscan rub. Heat a pan. Add some garlic olive oil and a teaspoon of tuscan Spice Rub. Add the diced mushrooms and salt to taste. Cook for a few minutes till mushrooms are cooked. You can skip the spaghetti and swap green beans to any other vegetables you like.Use 2 tbsp of Tuscan spice mix a day mix into 250gm beef/pork/chicken mince of your choice and salt to taste. Make into small balls and. Throw into a baking dish. Add a can of tomatoes and 1/4 cup pasatta sauce add 1 tbsp of Tuscan mix to the sauce. Ensure sauce covers all the meatballs..Add veges of your choice, spaghetti and grated cheese on the top bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 170C. Times may vary depending on your oven. This was delicious. A nice creamy alternative to the usual tomato based sauce. Can also be used with Prawns and Fish. Made with the Tuscan spice mix. Marinate the protein in Tuscan spice mix for 10 mins. In a hot pan throw some diced onion and cook once cooked add the chicken, once one side is browned flip over to cook and add 1/4 cup of stock and salt to taste. Throw in the spinach, asparagus and cherry tomato and cook for 5 minutes with the lid on. Take off the heat and add some cream and stir through. Serve...

2 tbsp of coconut oil 10 pods of fresh garlic thinly sliced 3/ 4 onion sliced 100 gms of diced bacon 200 gms sliced mushroom3/4 tbsp of Tuscan spice blend Salt to taste MethodFry all together till the above mixture looks cooked.Add 200 ml of water and let simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.Turn of the heat and add 2 tbsp of sour cream and 2 tbsp of double cream.Serve with zucchini noodles, slendier pasta or normal pasta, spaghetti, tortellini for the family.
