- Melt a little butter in your pan - Fry one onion diced, 1 tbsp garlic and 1 tsp ginger, handful or chopped coriander, 2 red chilli's diced and handful of shallots. - once browned add pork mince and brown. - add 3 tbsp of fish sauce , 3 tbsp of soy sauce and 1/4 tsp of stevia and continue cooking.- add 1 bunch asparagus cut in half and 2 pal Choy cut in half, cover lid and steam for 2 to 3 minutes- garnish with more shallots, red chilli's and bean sproutsEnjoy!

- Just google cloud bread recipe ( my cloud bread was made for me by my lovely fried France's, cause I suck at baking. - grill chicken tenderloins with Peri Peri spice mix and acv and salt. - serve with wilted spinach - Perinaise- 1 tbsp of sour cream, with poncho salt, stevie and some Peri Peri spice mix. - Can also serve with Peri Peri Zucchini Chips.If you don't have cloud bread, use lettuce cups instead. 😀 Grab Your Peri Peri Spice Kit Here

500gms chicken mince1 onion1tsp minced garlic1tsp minced ginger1tsp dijon mustard1tsp of tomato sauce1tsp of bbq sauce And of course the Peri Peri spice kit I didnt measure mine just eyeballed it but I'd say it was 1tbsp..Mix well and put in a lined loaf tin cooked it at 180° for about 25mins. Memphis Spice, P2, P3 -

  Simple to make just coat chicken with spice and salt. Heat a pan and grill the chicken. For the Bruschetta chop some red onion, cucumber and tomato mix with some lemon juice and herb of your choice like dill or coriander and serve on chicken when chicken is cooked.Literally a 10 minute meal.You can do this with Pork Belly as well ! Made with our massaman spice blend. I honestly suprised myself everyday with how easy this was to make.Method:In a hot pan fry 1/2 diced onion, 1 tbsp garlic, 1 tbsp ginger and handful of dice coriander.Add water if it sticks once browned add 1 tbsp massaman spice blend and fry for 2 minutes. Add water if it sticks. This extra water is good so chicken mince does not dry out. Add chicken mince and brown add salt to taste and another handful of bunched coriander.
