Broccoli Bacon Egg Muffin- You will need a muffin pan- Line each muffin hole with one streaky bacon. So the evn side is on the bottom- Blitz brocoli in a blender so its fine but not puree-in a bowl mix 2 eggs, 1 1/2 tbsp of brocolli, salt and pepper to season and fill the bacon bowl. Repeat for the other 5- Preheat oven to 150C-Cook 10 minutes check. Use skewere to check if cooked, if not cokk further 5 or 10 minutes.
