2 tbsp lemon juice  1/8 tsp cinnamon  Pinch of nutmeg 1 clove  Stevia powder to your taste  2 tsp vanilla essence Couple mint leaves.  Stir all ingredients in a pan.  Add one orange and cook for 2-3 minutes till soft  Serve with 1 tbsp of cream ( if you haven't used your dairy allowance)

Add 2 to 3 tbsp of tandoori spice mix to 500gm beef mince, mix and make into patties and grill in oven, stove top or BBQServe with deconstructed burger like in picture or on a traditional burger bunTo make tandoori sauce use 1 tsp of tandoori spice mix and add to 2 tbsp of cream and stevia or your sugar substitute for a little sweetness. - Melt a little butter in your pan - Fry one onion diced, 1 tbsp garlic and 1 tsp ginger, handful or chopped coriander, 2 red chilli's diced and handful of shallots. - once browned add pork mince and brown. - add 3 tbsp of fish sauce , 3 tbsp of soy sauce and 1/4 tsp of stevia and continue cooking.- add 1 bunch asparagus cut in half and 2 pal Choy cut in half, cover lid and steam for 2 to 3 minutes- garnish with more shallots, red chilli's and bean sproutsEnjoy!

Made this again today as I haven't made it in over a year.Boil 6 Eggs - cut in half and place on plate In a ramekin mix 3 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tsp ginger Pour mixture over eggs to soak. Extra mixture pout onto plate Microwave 25 sec twice Garnish with fresh corianderServe with veges of your choice. I served it with schezuan roasted tomatoesSchezuan roasted tomatoesCut tomatoes in half, sprinkle with schezuan mix and salt. Roast 160C for 20 mins or air fry 200C for 20 min
