Schezuan Mix Vege Bake Recipe
This dish is perfect for hiding all those veges kids or hubby don't like. If you have veges in the fridge that need to get used quickly this is a great way to cook it. Method: So half fill your ceramic dish with all veges that needed to go beans, broccoli, potato, zucchini, carrot, capsicum, onion. Add 1/4 cup milk and 1/2 cup cream 1 tbsp of schezuan spice mix, salt and pepper and mix. Schezuan Egg and Veg Slice
- Preheat oven to 150 C - in a silicon baking tray. Line the bottom with onion, spinach, chopped coriander and thinly cut zucchini and cherry tomatoes sliced small. - Beat 4 eggs in a bowl with salt, pepper and 1tbsp Schezuan Spice Mix. - Pour over the veges and let sink in. With a bacon, cherry and broccoli salad. Preheat oven to 160c Coat piece of salmon with 1 tbsp garlic, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp schezuam spice blend, salt to taste, 1/2 red onion, handful of corainder. Pack as a parcel. Pork and Pak Choy
Keto , LCHF and P3 suitableHeat 2 tbsp coconut oil and brown 500 gm pork mince it. Add 6 to 8 pods thinly sliced garlic, 1 tbsp ginger and 3/ 4 diced onion and brown. Add 2 to 3 red chillies. Add 3 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tbsp fish sauce and simmer. Add the leaves of oak choy first and cook for 2 minutes. Peri Peri Prawn Stir fry
Peri Peri Prawn Stir fry- with apple cider vinegar were a match made in heaven 😋😋😋😋 just fried in a hot pan some garlic and large pieces of onion as in picture. Once it was cooled i set is aside.
