Mum's lunch this arvo.Asian Salmon Omelette - P3 suitableBeat 2 eggs with a 1/2 tsp of schezuan spice blend and 1 tbsp of soy sauce.Lightly butter pan. Pour the beaten egg over. Once it's almost cooked. Add either left over chicken or left over cooled salmon on top, till omellete completely cooks.
