  10 Minute Palak Butter Chicken- ( Palak means spinach)In a hot pan fry 1 tbsp garlic and 1 tsp ginger. Add 1and 1/2 tbsp butter chicken spice blend and fry.If it sticks add a dash of water and continue frying for 2 minutes.Add 500 gms chicken mince and brown for 3 minutes.
