Pork and Pak Choy
Keto , LCHF and P3 suitableHeat 2 tbsp coconut oil and brown 500 gm pork mince it. Add 6 to 8 pods thinly sliced garlic, 1 tbsp ginger and 3/ 4 diced onion and brown. Add 2 to 3 red chillies. Add 3 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tbsp fish sauce and simmer. Add the leaves of oak choy first and cook for 2 minutes. After which add the stems and turn of heat, cover with lid and let steam for 2 to 3 minutes. Add salt to taste if necessary and garnish with coriander.
Peri Peri Prawn Stir fry
Peri Peri Prawn Stir fry- with apple cider vinegar were a match made in heaven 😋😋😋😋 just fried in a hot pan some garlic and large pieces of onion as in picture. Once it was cooled i set is aside. I had marinated the fresh peeled prawns in peri peri spice blend for half hour. I just cooked the prawns non a hot stove with some salt to taste and 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar and when the prawns wet cooked i added the onion and garlic back in with some shallots and tossed it all together. Moroccan Green Lentil Casserole
In a hot pan fry 1 tbsp of galic and 1 tspof ginger along with 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of Moroccan spice blend. If it sticks add a dash of water and fry for 2 minutes.Add 320gm green cooked lentils, 3 tomatoes roughly chopped, 3 sticks of celery roughly chopped and handful of chopped coriander, salt to taste, 1/ 2 tsp of stevia, 1 tbsp of lemon juice and simmer for 7 minutes.Serve garnished with fresh coriander for the family.Yes this is P2- 4 servesThis recipe is Vegan too. 😀 Grab Your Moroccan Spice Kit Here

Memphis Chicken Stir fry
Fry 1 diced onion, 1tbsp garlic and 1/2 tsp ginger. Add diced hicken 500 gms and brown for few minutes. Add 1and 1/2 tbsp of Memphis Spice mix, 1 tsp stevia, 1 tsp lemon juice and salt to taste and continue cooking.Now add your veges, I added 1 sliced capsicum, 1 cup green beans diced and few left over twigs of broccolini, cook for couple minutes and take off the stove.
