    Method: In a hot pan fry 1/ 2 diced onion, 1 tbsp garlic and 1/2 tap ginger. Add 2 tbsp of chilli con Carne spice mix.Add dash of water if it sticks. So delish, I actually suggest that you not to make it as I couldn't stop with one tablespoon. 😂😂😂 Spiced Condensed Milk 2 cups thickened cream  40 gm butter  1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder  1/3 cup stevia ( add more if you like it sweeter) Add to a sauce pan and simmer on slow ocassionally stirring when it liquid boils. This dish is perfect for hiding all those veges kids or hubby don't like. If you have veges in the fridge that need to get used quickly this is a great way to cook it.  Method: So half fill your ceramic dish with all veges that needed to go beans, broccoli, potato, zucchini, carrot, capsicum, onion.  Add 1/4 cup milk and 1/2 cup cream 1 tbsp of schezuan spice mix, salt and pepper and mix.  Cook in preheated oven at 160C for 20 minutes Remove fro oven add grated parmesan ( you can  make this as cheesy as you like)...

- Preheat oven to 150 C - in a silicon baking tray. Line the bottom with onion, spinach, chopped coriander and thinly cut zucchini and cherry tomatoes sliced small. - Beat 4 eggs in a bowl with salt, pepper and 1tbsp Schezuan Spice Mix. - Pour over the veges and let sink in.
