  Mum's lunch this arvo.Asian Salmon Omelette - P3 suitableBeat 2 eggs with a 1/2 tsp of schezuan spice blend and 1 tbsp of soy sauce.Lightly butter pan. Pour the beaten egg over. Once it's almost cooked. Add either left over chicken or left over cooled salmon on top, till omellete completely cooks.   10 Minute Palak Butter Chicken- ( Palak means spinach)In a hot pan fry 1 tbsp garlic and 1 tsp ginger. Add 1and 1/2 tbsp butter chicken spice blend and fry.If it sticks add a dash of water and continue frying for 2 minutes.Add 500 gms chicken mince and brown for 3 minutes.
